Should a newly built doormer roof be watertight when the felt is on? The tiles are to go on next. Might need to get a new roofer in.

Hi Kealey, I agree with Scott, But if it's been raining heavy and your new Dorma has no flashing installed it could come in through there. Your roof is at a very vulnerable stage and really wont be fully waterproof until tile's are installed. Hope this helps. Sam Affordable Roofing....
