Hi William, I'm sorry to hear that. We have a new process in place where you can report the lead online and, if you’re eligible, go on to request a credit for that lead. If you come across a job lead that deserves to be reported on this basis, just log in to your account, find the job lead in your Purchased Leads list and go on to the full details page for the lead. If the lead is less than 30 days old and you haven’t requested a rating for it or sent an invoice to the customer, you’ll spot a ‘Report this lead’ button on the sidebar to the right. Once you select this, you’ll be guided through the reporting and requesting process step by step.
