Hi Ali, Its 99% not your guttering, It could be your roof but that is also unlikely unless the damp is mainly at the top of the window and all the way up to the celling. I've been to loads of jobs of this type, and most of the time its due to pointing on the brickwork outside, and it could also be water ingress from the seal around the outside of the window frame, it may look ok but could be leaking. but look at the pointing first.
