Fixing Roofing

Posted by M Zima, on
I am interested in buying the property and the home report states: Some minor moss growth was noted to roof surfaces and should be removed during the course of routine maintenance. Temporary repairs have been undertaken to a limited number of roof tiles at the gable and at the rear slope. It is suspected that cracked tiles have been overlaid with roofing tape. This is a material with a limited life. There is evidence of previous water ingress within the roof space. There were no indications of ongoing rainwater penetration. A loose section of sarking board was noted within the roof space and should be reinstated during the course of routine maintenance. Leaking gutter sections were noted and require prompt maintenance attention. How much and how long would that take to get it fixed?
