Hi Lee, I'm not sure if you hired this tradesperson through us or elsewhere, but if through us, our Customer care team are on hand to help and can be contacted at support(at)ratedpeople(dot)com. You would be able to find the tradesperson's contact details by logging in to your account, selecting ‘My jobs’ from the main navigation and then clicking the job from the list. This would bring up a list of tradespeople interested in your job and their contact details.
