Roofing company gone bust

I have already filled in form explaining situation and got no reply from Rated People. Complete Roofing (BSE) Ltd tiled our roof cost £20.000 in Feb 2016, now there is a bad leak cannot get hold of them. Have hear they have gone out of business. What happens now. We are not getting any better response from you than the roofing company.
