Roof terrace

Hi We have had extensive work done on our roof terrace which leaked and caused the bathroom ceiling to collapse. I found our builder Darren Macpherson through rated people. The work he did was guaranteed. 3months later water is pouring in again and I cannot find Darren. His phone doesn't work and his email address is no longer being answered. I may well just have missed him change all of this. Is there a way of finding him? Thanks Martyn

Hi there the only thing you can do is contact rated people and advise them what has happened and maybe he is using a different company now on rated people to track him down hope this helps and good luck Mark
