Replacing rotted fascia boards

Hi have discovered that a window that leak in when raining,we think it's because of the old fascia, before I post a job, or decide weather to go through insurance or not what's a rough cost to replace all fascia from wood to upcv ( rosewood colour as I know this is dearer) on a average size semi detached house Thanks
