A roofer did some work on my roof he said i needed some new gutters and he would come back to do them the day after i pay him he hasn't been back i have tryed to contact hin left text telling him to do the job or i want my money back i have his name and the name of the company i all so have the registration number of his van i don't think i will get my money back i don't want this to happen to someone else thanks

Hi there Tracy As you have given him money you are entitled to ring the police and they will put a crime report up against the trader . And also I would contact rated people customer services explain to them what has happened. Unfortunately there is a few bad apples in a barrel Good luck and hope you resolve your problem Mark
