Roof Work -
A builders report is needed for upgrading required to the roof of a 3 bed semi. In particular, upgrade ridge and hip tiles. Re-pointing is needed. There's a small section of flat roof to front elevation which may be original felt type - I need to know if this requires refurbishment.
