Sub tenant - renting and retired. live alone, vulnerable,

Posted by liz shaw, on
I have to find tradesmen for my landlady whose very busy lives in Manchester unwell she relies on me, but I feel have let her down when Its obvious they are like the rest once they've been paid, I leave messages to say, have been unable to check all work done, and make sure you have some sort of receipt or guarantee, but I think that's why they left in a hurry to get to her before I did, as left it unacceptable to say the least. I felt uneasy with them cutting up lead in the rain, and did not like Mikes remark. I looked after them really well, but they showed no respect. im not sure if mikes done all the top windows correctly. I do not understand your procedures. Gill
