Roof to complete a rear extension in London SE15

We are having a rear extension and in need of a roof to complete the structure (external walls, roof structure with beams and carpentry/timbers already in place).
The design includes a flat and pitched roof (30 sqm), a one 2x1m sky window, one velux.
Requirements: roof coverage including insulation (warm deck) and slating; installation of the windows,guttering and fascia.
If interested we can provide pictures to have a better idea of the state of the structure.
