Gutter sloping in wrong direction

We share a gutter with our neighbour which seems higher on their side than ours. Unfortunately the drainpipe is at their end of the roof, resulting in the water overflowing just above our backdoor, what do you recommend?

If you've got your own drainage for your own downpipe if not realign gutter
