We have a 4-bed semi property with a bedroom built over the garage. The original roof slants down as usual and then there is a roof over the extension, forming a V-shaped dip in the middle.
We had the entire roof re-roofed in August. However in the storm a couple of days ago, it stared leaking. The roofer has said that it's due to flat roof portion in the middle that water ingress is happening.
However, we no doubt feel unhappy that a roof we paid thousands to redo has leaked in 3 months.
Any advice or suggestions are welcome.
