Hi Vic, You are not alone with this situation, I have had it happen on numerous occasions, it is very frustrating and costly. However do not despair, get in touch with Rated People and ask for a credit, I did get re-imbursed for the leads I purchased and did not manage to quote for. Good luck ! keep up the good work !
