Hi Johanna, You'll want to speak to our customer care team about this. Without more details, it's difficult to know what the issue is here. Could you contact them via ratedpeople(dot)com/contact-us and explain the steps you've gone through to leave the review? Also I'm not sure if you're aware but you can only leave a review for one tradesperson per job so this is one possible reason for having difficulties leaving the review.
