Hi, Around £1000 will cover the job. scaffold is up to whoever does the job. younger people tend to use just ladders. big companies will insists on scaffold as will a builder doing his own scaffold so he can charge extra for it. scaffold towers are £120 to rent but quite narrow. Regards SJH
