Due to inadequate pitch on roof being laid.. Roof has a slight pitch which could promote water penetration. Please advise if cost

How big is the roof -generally if a roof has a shallow pitch you can ply the roof with waterproof board and then felt and cross batten before skating but the cost depends on the size of the roif
