FSG definition

Hi..i need advice..a Roofing company quoted us to replace a tenement flat roof..they mention in the quote Roof plus removal of 2 chimneys...FSG We interpreted that as Facias Soffits and Gutters...they are now saying that FSG means Full Service Guarantee and ergo do not wish to replace gutters even that's what we thought we agreed....to top it all the salesman we dealt with has now left the company....what should we do or are we stuffed
