Hi Christina I am sorry to hear that your experience of rated people has been effected by this tradesman, not all tradesman are the same however unfortunately in this industry they do exist. I’m sure rated people would be more than happy to help where they can. Unfortunately Christina you made a big mistake when you paid him before the job was completed, he has no reason to return now there is no money left on the job. Never pay until the job is completed and you are completely satisfied, learn from your mistake and don't be so trusting in future! Ed
