Roof tiles

I have had an extension built with a lean to roof at 12.5 pitch. The tiles used are actually for a minimum of 22 pitch and trying to fathom out the logic of him doing this (spec clearly states type to use) anybody stick up for him or us this clearly wrong ? It also looks as if they have also closed down the business

Hi The only tile to my knowledge that has been designed to be safely used at 12.5 pitch, is the Centurian. My advice is to have the roof retiled as soon as possible before you have the added problem of rainwater ingress. Best wishes David
