Sounds like you need a bit of ventilation in you’re loft space it’s a fairly easy fix as you can pop a couple of tile vents in and that should fix the problem.

How to get this checked out. Follows heavy snowfall - semi-detached tile roof house, neighbours have similar issue but less obvious.
