Why is the link to the trader for last job no longer active?

I was matched with premier property solutions for roof repairs your web page gave a link with ratings - the gentleman from premier rang several times and I provided my address for his to visit this am at 10.30 to do a quote- so far he is a no show and the original link from rated people to the company details and ratings is no longer active. Rang his mobile and it has gone to voice mail
