Is there any flashing under the bottom line of roof tiles?

What caused rain water to drop onto the outside wall (about 1 foot wide) instead of onto the gutter just below the roof tiles

Hi Phillip There’s two reasons why this could be happening 1. Cracked broken slate’s on the eve course which is letting water miss your guttering (Slate Roof) normally no felt on the user side 2. If is a roof with a under lay of Old bitumen felt? this normally breaks down at the eve course meaning any water getting into you roof via a cracked tile above the area or wind driving rain trough which normally runs down the felt into the gutter if it’s broken down it will miss and end up going down your wall Both are simple fix not a massive job to take on. I hope this helps. Royalroofingsolutionsltd
