Cost to replace wood barge fascia boards and soffits front of house

Can some advise how much ti would cost up north (Liverpool area) to replace existing wood barge / fascia boards and soffits to uPVC in simple white? Is there much cost difference or technique difference between replacing them with uPVC cover board instead, vesus total replacement to uPVC? This would be for the front of an end terraced house only that has a triangle gable end at the front end. Thanks
