Mould and condensation on double glazed windows

Do I contact a roofer as I believe the problem may be a leak from the roof. I am not sure what is causing the problem. Do you have any advice?

More than likely a ventilation issue. Also if you have wall insulation with Brick- Brick ties in the cavity this can create big damp issues.
