Roof repair

Repair I used rated people in January 2018 it was done by jkf roofing off your site all the dry verge have fell off and I can not get in touch with him even though he gave me a 10 year guarantee his name is Joe keilby does he still use rated people because I don't see why I should pay again this is shoddy work can you please let me know
