I have had my flat roofs redone by a roofer (through you) on the quote he said there is a 25 year guarantee, after the job was done I asked for my certificates and they are only for 10 years. I have text, emailed and called the roofer but he is not responding, I called him on a different number and when he answered he assured me that he would send me certificate for 25 years but nothing has happened since. what do I do?
