We recently employed Joseph Smith of Five Star Roofing Betchworth to fix our roof. We paid him £340 in September and were told that the work was guaranteed for 3 years. The roof is leaking more than before he arrived and we cannot get hold of him. We only have an email address and his bank details - can you provide us with a telephone number please.
