Has anyone dealt with them before as I have had a leak in my chimney, which they have been out to twice and said is fine now but the leak is still there. Then is was down to a crack on the gable end just under the Chimney which was "fixed" just over a week ago, £300 to fill in the crack and roughcast over it but I came home to no roughcast as he now said I should remove the chimney and of course the leak is still there.
Feel as though everytime I phone to complain he has an answer for everything!
