I have just had a home buyers report back on a house that I have put an offer in to buy. They have recommend that I get quotes before I proceed to exchange contracts, I quote “ repointing is required to the ridge tiles on the main roofing covering the property” the property is in Ramsgate Kent CT11 It is a bungalow chalet. Also “There are one or two very minor areas of repointing needed but this is not urgentL there is a garage separate to the property and the report says “the ridge tiles require repointing and there is rot to the external woodwork. Can I get a quote for these before proceeding to exchange contracts
