Leaking ceiling

There are drops of water Coming from my living room ceiling. Near where the old chimney used to be. wanted an estimate of how much would it cost to repair?

Obviously will depend on what it is lead work round 3 sides should cost you about £250/300 plus any scaffolding to access job ,broken tiles or slates £100/150
