Hire of scaffold to install solar PV on a roof. Roofing assistance?

I may hire scaffold and site the panels or hire an experienced roofer to scaffold and mount the panels while I stick to the electrical installtion. The area is Essex but relocating to Bournemouth and Dorset this summer Houses and Bungalows Slate tile and Marley About a week of hire Is PLI & damage covered by the scaffolder's insurance or an addition to mine?
