What should I do if the trader doesn't return after starting a job?

One of your 'rated people' traders did a job for me on one house and I asked if they could also look at a job on another property. They came and removed all the loose mortar under the entire length of roof edge, breaking a couple of tiles in the process, then left to get more materials. That was nearly 3 hours ago and they are now not answering the phone.
