Lead valley

We have been told our leak in our roof is caused by the lead valley and the membrane underneath it. I’m pretty confident that that is the issue, the roofer was very thorough. Can anyone give me a rough idea of the cost to do the following:
Remove tiles and mortar around the valley, remove the lead valley, install a new breather membrane, a new valley, put all the tiles back and point the valley with flexim.
It’s a semi detached house, no access problems.
