Roof repair - looked great but leake more than before he did the work

The guy we got on here looked like he did an amazing job on our leaking roof. He said he would provide an invoice with a guarantee of upto 10 years!!
He did the job when the sun was out.
Fast forward 2 weeks, lots of rain and the ceiling is leaking 10 times more than it did before. We have spoken with him several times over the past 2 weeks and he keeps saying he will come back and fix it but he never turns up. Now he just doesn't reply to our messages.
What can we do?
