Job needs doing again

Had a leak in bathroom ceiling.Had it fixed 4 weeks ago.Now it's leaking again.Ive asked the roofer who repaired it to come back.He said he would have a look tomorrow.My question is will he charge me again if he has to do the job again ?

no he should not. were there 2 leaks originally and he only fixed one then yes he will charge again
