I have a complaint and have taking it to trading standards, Mark from Lancastrian roofing totally ripped me off, 2 builders have come around and promised to put it right for me. I stupidly paid him £1250 for a £500 job. What can i do please, i am a good payer, and dont complaine or mess people around. I have contacted citizens advise.
