I am looking to buy a property and the surveyor report has flagged up a couple of non-urgent issues - I am trying to find out a rough price for the work before I decide whether to negotiate on price or not.
The report refers to some non-urgent repointing required to a section of wall, repair to a roof valley and maintenance and possible repair to guttering on a 15-year-old property.
