I had a flat roof repaired in June 19 by 1 of your recommended roofers who used the fibreglass stuff. The roof is already leaking so I rang emailed over Xmas then rang them and he was supposed to come out but hasn't. I've emailed him again, but nothing. It was BW ROOFING, are they still trading as I apparently have a 5yr guarantee...he said my Receipt is my guarantee. He hasn't provided any terms and conditions either.
