Hi. could some give me a indication of the difference in the cost of replacing a roof (peg tile) on a listed building with a similar sized "modern" property ie for a 2 bed terrace. I am only looking for a ball park figure as I am thinking of viewing a listed property but have concerns about the roof. Thanks
