Please can you confirm that all your rated people are checked as I had a job on this site they came to the job quickly I paid cash in hand, the damage was not fixed they promised to come back which they had a couple of weeks to do so, I also had to chase a payment recent instead they sent me an invoice, so I asked for receipt of payment which never came, I have texted numerous times with no reply, text today and suprise got a reply to advise me that they are not leaving their home, fair enough but it has taken me this long to get a reply. I cannot either find their company on the internet to be honest. Please advise how you would normally deal with this type of thing ?
