Hired a roof company toremove 2 chimneys as water coming through the wall during rains. he has removed etc etc but still the same - 10 yrs guarantee - still the same problem with the leak - now he says its the condensation. and not willing to come back. paid 2000 online has a guarantee of 10 years but does not answer thephone - any help would greatly appreciated.
