Detached 3 bed house with Dutch barn type roof.
Front and rear elevations (not the side hips) with Finlock concrete gutters (9.5m front and 9.5m rear). These to be cut and replaced with upvc guttering (along with other work at the eaves).
The two hip ends (4m each end) presently with upvc to be replaced (along with minor extra work at the eaves).
Scaffolding will be needed all round.
