I have a Victorian terrace house and as is usual on this street share front Guttering with the house to my right. The only down pipe is on the left of my house.
The Guttering has now started to over flow in heavy rain and I've had a drone use to see it is blocked.
My question is as the house next door also users the same route to the down pipe and I guess a at least some of the blockage has come from their roof.
Is it correct to ask the neighbour to help pay towards this.
As a builder do you know the law here?
