We teamed up with all roofing to get leak fixed on our patio upstairs
the works were completed but the tiles have been laid incorrectly
they are sole traders in financial straits and have no idea how they got past your screening
the only reason we allowed them to do the works was the alleged checks you had done
not happy - advice please
