I have a crack developing in the ceiling of my upstairs landing. It has been there for around 3 years but has not been a concern until recently when it has noticeably worsened. It is starting to sag slightly and follows down the wall to the top of a door frame.
Who is best to look at this for me? Should I consult a structural engineer?
