The roofer has not completed the work i cannot get a hold of him

Do you have a contact for the person who did my work, he promised to come back to finish the job, i paid him but now he wont answer my call to come finish the work, do you have another means of contacting this person? i have already paid him the full amount as he promised to come finish the work, very disappointing.
