Ian Scrivener has done such a poor job of my dads flat garage roof the leaks have ruinined the porch ceiling and carpet.
He has been out to rectify the leaks a number of times but his patches have failed.
His work even caused the neighbour's ceiling to be ruined.
How do we get this shoddy work replaced and paid for?
