Hired a roofing company to clean and paint my roof. they asked for payment when the cleaning was done, they came back 4 days later to do painting, before they came back I saw the cleaning was not complete I told the roofer of this and was assured it would be done. i must say the finished paint job was not good, I could see lumps of moss painted over all over the roof. The gutters were not cleaned out and the rain can't get away, the roofer has said he will come back on 2 occasions but has failed to turn up, I phoned him but get excuses
